Update on the kittens

Me and the kittens again—looking for a loving home. The kittens, not me, LOL.

So the kitten situation is a little different. Originally we had three Toms that we were keeping safe from the storm, but we made the mistake of letting them out and the big Tom took one of them off and returned several days later with a little girl, then disappeared again.

We arranged a home for the brother and sister, but after I got them all their shots and certificates, had them spayed and neutered, the woman who was going to take them was diagnosed with a severe illness and cannot give them a home. They’ve been kenneled at a vet north of Atlanta for the past two months and are dying to get out and play—as you can see by the video!

I’m hoping someone has a Daisy & Jellico sized-hole in their heart. These guys are adorable! The vet says Daisy looks like the runt of the litter and will always be tiny and delicate. Jellico has a tail the size of a fox. They adore each other, and Jellico is always watching out for his little sister. The vet believes they are 5-6 months old. They are in excellent health, have all their shots, are house-trained and have delightful personalities.

Because of Moonshadow and her health issues, we simply can’t keep them. Can anyone offer these kittens a home? If so, email Karen@karenmoning.com.

Oh, how I wish I could have them. But in taking them, I would have to get rid of my DH of 35yrs. He tolerates the Golden Retriever I dearly love (good thing, he knows how I feel about my 109lb baby. She was raised with a cat) and has already said no more animals. Grrrr.

I hope these sweeties find a home soon.
Give yourself a hug and give Moonie a scratch behind the ears from me.

I'd take them but we already have a cat who won't allow any more animals in the house. Maybe someone in my church would take them?...I'm not sure how to go about asking though..I am rather new here still...

Karen they are so beautiful I would take them in a heart beat.
After our Last cats mother & daughter passed we both agreed no more fur babies.
though that may change in the future not right now.

They are such beautiful cats! And I love the name Jellico (like the musical!). I wish I could take them.

Do keep us updated! I'll send some good kitty vibes out that they are able to find a great home.

If I didn't live well over 400 miles away I'd take them in a second. Hope they find a good home!

It's looks like Team Cybrokat is going to be a go for Operation Get More Kitties.
